| 1. |
Please
wear some acceptable clothing. But hey no hats during the dart game! |
| 2. |
Compliment
your opponent on a good shot. |
| 3. |
Admit
your flukes (lousy shots) with grace. |
4.
|
Do
not disturb the darter at the toe line in any way. That means no stomping
the floor or banging around. |
| 5. |
Stay
out of the darters sight when he/she is in play or about to throw. |
| 6. |
Respect
your opponent. If you cannot say something positive, don't say anything
at all. |
| 7. |
Don't
walk in front of the darters during play. |
8.
|
Pay
attention to the game. Nothing can be more frustrating to your teammates
than to have them feel that you are not giving your full attention
and best efforts to the game by your lack of concentration. Save your
socializing until after the game. |
| 9. |
Always
appear to be enjoying the game. |
10.
|
Greet
your own team members and opponents at the start of the game and congratulate
them at the end of play. Shaking hands before a match and at its conclusion
is part of the fine tradition of the game. |
| 11. |
Learn
the Rules of the game and abide by them. |
| 12. |
Be
a gracious winner and a good loser. |
