The Ottawa Deaf
Curling Club is a non-profit organization affiliated with This club was founded in October, 1979 as an activity to support the recreational, social and cultural needs of the deaf community. Teams are selected either on the third Friday of September. Friday has been the ODCC's official day of play starting at 4:45 pm until after the games and everyone leaves. Some curlers continues socializing after the games are over. The Location is Granite Curling Club, 2026 Scott Street, Ottawa and City View Curling Club, 50 Capilano Drive, Nepean. Please check for schedule Teams: We now have 11 teams plus spares (44 curlers and 10 spares) total 54 curlers. The league runs from the end week of Sept to April. |
