Guidelines for ODSC Web Page and E-Mail Distribution

1. The ODSC Web Page is at http://www.odsc.org. The ODSC is a non-profit organization.

2. Contact ODSC Webmaster for more info. The ODSC Webmaster is a volunteer position.

3. The charge for your non-profit organization / members / non-members to advertise your event on ODSC's Web Page or through ODSC E-Mail distribution list :

a) Those clubs who are under ODSC (Mother Club), can advertise their event on ODSC Web Site or use E-Mail Distribution at no charge.

b) Any advertisement flyer or E-Mail distribution that is not related to ODSC's events and Independent Local Sports Clubs, e.g. fundraising, birthday, announcement, BBQ, picnic,
is subject to approval:

- A link to your event or flyer will be added to ODSC Website, free of charge.

- Any flyer (one page) with upload to ODSC ISP:
* $10.00 per month for storage - for ODSC members.
* $20.00 per month for storage - for non-members.

- E-Mail distribution:
* Free of charge for ODSC member clubs and for other non- profit organizations at discretion of Webmaster.
* Don't provide for personal purposes.

4. Requirements for flyer/attachments:

a) Prefer JPG , GIF or PNG format.

b) Scan at 72 dpi.

c) ODSC Webmaster will not create the flyer for you.

d) Flyers with legibility or other problems will be rejected. If required, ODSC Webmaster will attempt to fix the problem for a reasonable fee.
