Over last two months, something went wrong with our website and the technical problem started with the local web hosting company. Over several weeks, I called their technical support service at least six times and sent email to their customer services a few times. They failed to respond to my inquiries and seek for their services. Last Thursday afternoon I went to their office to get everything ironed out.
